All India Football Federation (AIFF) on Monday declared KPMG India as the successful bidder for the federation’s commercial rights for a limited period.
The federation took to social media to announce the successful conclusion of its Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, naming KPMG India as the agency to manage the monetisation of the Federation’s commercial rights.
The decision was made by a three-member Bid Evaluation Committee (BEC) after a thorough evaluation process. The committee was chaired by the Hon’ble Mr. Justice L. Nageswara Rao, a former judge of the Supreme Court of India. He was joined by AIFF President, Kalyan Chaubey, and independent member, Kesvaran Murugasu.
KPMG India will now be responsible for awarding the rights to various commercial ventures, aiming to boost revenue for the federation.
