Hardik Pandya has been ruled out of the Asia Cup 2025 Final between India and Pakistan, with Rinku Singh coming into the side in his place.
Hardik featured in India’s thrilling victory over Sri Lanka, but was only able to bowl a single over in which he removed Kusal Mendis for a duck.

His absence means that India has been forced to change its combination for the match. Rinku takes Hardik’s place in the batting order, while the returning Jasprit Bumrah and Shivam Dube come into the side in place of Harshit Rana and Arshdeep Singh.
India has won the toss and opted to bowl first as it sets out to win its second Asia Cup T20I tournament.
