Pakistan players arrived late for the post-match presentation causing a massive delay after the Asia Cup title decider in Dubai on Sunday.
The side lost the Asia Cup 2025 final by five wickets after failing to defend a total of 146. Tilak Varma starred for India with an unbeaten 63 off 58 balls.

India, like the previous games against Pakistan in this tournament, did not shake hands with the opposition players after the match concluded.
However, Pakistan players delayed their return to the field after the conclusion of the contest, making the Indian team and dignitaries wait on stage. The Pakistan players were then booed by the crowd when they were invited onto the stage to collect their runners-up medals.
India eventually refused to accept the trophy from Mohsin Naqvi, the chairman of the Asian Cricket Council, president of the Pakistan Cricket Board, and an interior minister in Pakistan.
