The eighth edition of the CAF African Nations Championship (CHAN) is all set to begin on Saturday, August 2, after a logistical issues delayed it by a few months, earlier this year.
The tournament has expanded from 17 to 19 in this edition, and will be hosted across three countries, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. It will feature 48 matches, with the opener — Tanzania vs Burkina Faso — at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
The final is scheduled at Moi International Sports Center in Nairobi, Kenya.
