Before Bryan Adams released Roll With the Punches, his latest album, the Canadian singer-songwriter dropped four tracks as singles to promote the set. That’s 40% of the entire project’s tracklist, which features 10 new tunes. All of the marketing efforts worked in the United Kingdom, as his sixteenth full-length becomes another top 10 success on every tally on which it appears.
Roll With the Punches Launches on Five Charts
Roll With the Punches debuts on five charts in the U.K. this week. It opens — and ties for its highest placement — at No. 3 on the Official Albums chart, the Official Album Sales ranking, and the Official Physical Albums tally. Those lists rank the most-consumed full-lengths and EPs in the U.K., the bestselling projects, and the top-performing titles on any physical format (CD, vinyl, or cassette), respectively.
More Top 10s for Bryan Adams
Adams comes in one spot beneath those positions on the Official Album Downloads chart, as Roll With the Punches launches at No. 4. The same title enters the Official Vinyl Albums list at No. 6 — its lowest placement, but still a top 10 win.
Bryan Adams’s History of Top 10 Albums
Adams has earned the greatest number of top 10 successes on the Official Albums chart, the most competitive roster of the bunch. Roll With the Punches is his twelfth project to appear inside that region. He’s up to three top 10s on both the Official Album Downloads and Official Vinyl Albums lists.
Bryan Adams Matches His Past Peak
Roll With the Punches ties the No. 3 high point of So Happy It Hurts, Adams’s most recent full-length before his brand new drop. That title reached the same position in March 2022. His previous full-length, Shine a Light, stalled just shy of No. 1 back in spring of 2019.
One of the Week’s Top Debuts
Adams earned the third-highest debut of the week on the Official Albums chart. Sabrina Carpenter scores another champion with Man’s Best Friend, which opened in first place. CMAT launches Euro-Country, For Me at No. 2. Another group, The Hives, return to the chart with The Hives Forever Forever The Hives, which begins its time at No. 5.
